Administrative Assistant - Hamilton, NJ
SMI Services of Delaware, LLC is looking for a positive attitude, full-time, year-round Administrative Assistant for our Hamilton, NJ office. Attention to detail and exceptional organization are essential for this position.
Candidates should have excellent phone and people skills. Experience in accounting, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, are a must as well as a minimum of 5 years office-related experience preferably in the construction field, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Duties include answering phones, typing and printing work orders, customer invoicing, contract billing (AIA), competing certified payroll, maintaining accurate specialized customer billing. coding and entering vendor bills, filing, and other related tasks.

Senior Estimator/Project Manager
The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating and managing projects, involving all aspects of Highway, Commercial, and Residential construction. The position will be responsible for all components of the estimate.
The basic function of Laborer is to perform basic to semi-skilled manual activities relating to individual projects in compliance with industry standards, codes and Company Policy regarding erosion control, construction site cleaning, grounds or equipment.
The basic function of Foreman is to manage all construction activities on assigned projects. The Foreman will also perform advanced trade skills relating to individual projects in conjunction with industry standards, codes and Company policy as needed.
The basic function of the Driver/Crew Leader of SMI Services, LLC. is to lead the operations of a field crew. The Driver/Crew Leader will provide the leadership and direction necessary to sustain the Customers’ satisfaction with the company’s services.The Driver/Crew Leader is responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of job production status to the Director of Operations.
